Hey guys,
Its that time, I need to change out my filter on my vortech. I was wondering how the rest of you guys change out the filter without unbolting everything else. As you guys know, the filter is stuck under the front brace of the engine bay. I'm thinking about taking a dremel to it to give clearance to take out the filter, but wanted to check if any of you have a better idea.

I got tired of smushing my filter or having to take it out by the fender liner.

Here's what I did.......it's easy to clean now.

 

The reason I always liked pushing it down in front of the wheel well , is why you are there you can clean out the oil squirter . Its easy to forget about cleaning it every oil change
