Turbonetics Intercooler Fans Removal

I am curious why you would want to remove it. Just temporarily? I was thinking of looking into a similar set up for the Vortech IC for those of us too cheap (i.e. broke) to replace the factory bumper for a better breathing one.

1) Can I leave the module intact for future use?
2) Do I need to take the intercooler off to do the uninstallation?
I would PM you, but this might help out some people down the road.
Knazard, I'm switching out my Nismo bumper for the Top Secret for the spring. But I plan on putting the Nismo back on after the carshow season.

You can leave the IFC (Intercooler Fan Controller) in place. Just unplug the connectors from the individual fans and tuck them out of the way for now. Just for safe measure I would electrical tape the open ends to make sure no water/debris gets in them..
Exactly the info I was looking for. Thanks MIA.
