Please help?
I have been doing some searching and this is what I have decided to do.
I just got my 06 G35 auto but I don't want to install any of this until I get some miles on the car. I was thinking atleast 5K.....
Turbonetics kit (will this kit fit an 06 coupe)
Utec
Return style fuel system
Oil pan spacer
Valve body
Magnaflow exhaust
I am shooting for 400/400 through the auto. Tell me what you guys think. I don't know to much about all of this. I do know about fast cars. I have an 8sec 02 Camaro but it is powered with nitrous. I am new to the turbo stuff and I was wondering if I am missing anything....please give some info.

I am not knocking the TN ST, but I don't understand why so many people are buying this kit and then buying all the extra upgrades. You can get a APS TT for the same price and have the potential to make way more power if you wanted. I think the TN ST is a great choice if you are not going to upgrade things because it's a great bang for the buck. IMO it just doesn't make sense to buy the kit and then all the upgrade when you can get the TT kit for the same price.

Are you going to be installing it yourself?

My point is I don't see spending the same amount of money for a ST and upgrades to try and get more out of it when you can get the TT for the same price.

Here's another thread about the ST over TT and the price differences.
If you do not plan on upgrading for more power then the ST is great bang for the buck, but it seems like most people end up upgrading.

Lol, Jorge is trying to get everyone to have a crazy 600+ hp beast like his
At this time there is no 06 TN kit, I believe, but MIAPLAYA can probably give you better info.... not sure what comes with the AAM kit, but you'll need 440+ injectors too, I mine are maxed out already I need bigger ones...
Otherwise... wait for the 1.5 TN kit and call it a day...

I will be doing it myself. I have worked for GM for 6 years. I am ASE certified and understand most of the stuff. I do not know what kit is the best, but I do know that I have a dealer price on the TN ST kit. I don't want to make alot. 400/400 is a damn fast street car. The injectors that come with the kit are not big enough for that rwhp???????????????????????? Is the things that I posted all the right stuff or what.
What is the 1.5 TN kit? Help me out here. I don't know the in's and out's

LOL. Not really, I am just trying to save people money. How many people, including me, said that they would be happy with 400whp? A lot! How many of those people are building or have built their motors? A big majority! Some are even rebuilding the rebuilt motor in a quest for even more power. If the op is really serious about having only 400whp then the TN ST is a great choice. The problem is that power is like crack and you will always want more.

I have 440 injectors, and I'm maxing them out because I'm running 12 psi peak.... I've never gotten it on a dyno, just road tuning it myself. I'd imagine I'm at about 440+ish whp, considering alot of guys at 8.5 and 9 lbs are around 400 with similar mods.
If you are happy with 380ish hp, then stock kit with gauges is all you'll need. 400 is a small jump but supporting mods for reliablity is what should be looked into since the kit isn't really meant to run that high.
Fuel return-not needed but a definately plus when tuning.
Exhaust-a less restrictive exhaust is better, I nearly have a straight back exhaust because I completely modified my evo2
Gauges-duh...
ECM-strongly recommended this is give you the ability to fine tune like I did, my reflash ran rich 9's at wot sometimes, but that was fixed.... you have alot of options for this....
Pan spacer-not needed, but it makes running the return line easier and add's a quart so its not a bad idea... relatively cheap too.
Cooling mods-not needed but a better radiator and/or oil cooler isn't a bad idea.
TN v1.5 includes an ecm, bigger injectors, and pseudo fuel return
With everything on my car right now I've wasted 7-7.5k. If I got a TT I might be more happier, but once my car hits 100k miles I'm going to throw in a built bottom end in and run 15+ lbs and hope for 500whp and be happy regardless because 450 is plenty good for me. You can do the same with a TT...and only be a little more in the hole
But the main point is to set a goal and be happy with it... if you think you're going to want more, go SFR TT kit in the first place...

Well. I have a damn near 1000rwhp Camaro. I do know that power is like a drug. LOL
The camaro is the go fast car. I only want this to be fairly quick on the street. I do think that 400 will be fine for me. I drove a 350Z with this same kit on it right out of the box it made 315rwhp and 350rwtq. I thought that it was very quick for what it was. I was impressed and I drive fast cars all the time. I think it was where I was feeling the power which was way down low. There was no lag and it made the power from when you stood on it, to when you let out.
So the new v1.5 TN kit comes with a return style fuel system? I am going to use the Utec so I am not going to use the ECM correct? Where is a good place to look for G35 accessories. I would like a gauge pod with some gauges. I was thinking Boost and Fuel pressure and if I have enough I would like to do a wideband on the car with a digital gauge. I have means of a dynojet with a wideband that I will be tunning the car on. It only has 512 miles on it right now. LOL I am thinking of waiting just a bit more. Is there anything else that anyone would recommend for me to get for this setup. I am looking for durablity/speed. I know those don't go together very good but I am not trying to have the fastest car on the street. I just want to put the smack down on the Pusstangs and the good ol LS1s whether it be in a vet or F-body.

These are the wheels that I sent the cashiers check off today for.
Intro Pentia wheels. 18in wheels
10s in the rear with a 4.5 lip
8s in the front with a 2.5 lip
Can't wait to get them. 3-4 weeks
What tires should I run in the front to make them look good. I am going to run a 295/30/18 BFG drag radial in the rear. That puts the tread pattern right at the lip of the wheels. I don't know about an 8in wheel though
