Some new Infiniti Changes!

I was at the auto show tonight talking with an Infiniti rep that gave me some good info.

1st: the fate of the QX56. They are updating it, and making it look like the FX almost. With that aggressive front end. They are also making the outside a tad smaller, while keeping the inside the same size, but adjusting the rear seats. Like instead of folding, they will move foward or back depending on what you need to use the cargo area for (passenger room or cargo space)

2: The M. It is getting refreshed and new engines (M50 and M37). Should be arriving December 09ish.

3: EX. No 09 model. Fixing the legroom and a few other touches.

4: The FX. They are bringing the power lfitgate over from the Murano and adding that.

5: Nothing new to the G besides the convertible.

6: They are still working on a GTR based Q, of which im sure you all already know.

Just get the cars into the 4s, and the lower 13s and high 12s in the 1/4 mile.

C'mon now, infiniti still needs to maintain a foothold against the lex 470, Q7, 'lade, and any other full/almost fullsize lux. I'm glad to see that they are trimming it up a little bit though, it already has a few positive characteristics of carlike handling, plus that 5.6L pulls nice. If it were to lose 1000lb-ish, keep the 5.6L with more aggressive styling, I would almost say they are aiming at Cayenne territory.....BTW our QX is an excellent road machine!!!!!

i like where infiniti is going...give it a few years when the economy gets better and then i CAN'T WAIT to see what they'll be producing

I don't know, I prefer the look of the Armada instead of the QX56... The QX56 is basically with a stretched out body. The Armada looks more sporty. The chrome trimming on the bumper of the Armada is also a nice touch.

Ever seen a QX with 26" wheels?

Next time I see my buddy, I'll get some photos. You'll lose interest in the armada haha.

I love the QX. If i had a QX id roll around allll day bumping this song with my windows down hahaha

I fricken love those trucks so much. i want one so bad. Gonna get a white/stone one to tow my 26ft boat once i move to florida in a couple years

Then use it to haul the kids. Maybe ill slap a stillen supercharger on it, dual exhausts, stillen intake and FLYYYY.
Put this exhaust on it. Omg..... drools..

God i want to drive one so bad haha

Can you tell i love QXs?

Its just so laid back and classy. I love it.

park a QX and an Armada side by side and you'll see the differences in and out.

there will be a 2009 EX, which actually has a lot more tech features like the new '09 FX has.

the vert will be here soon (long overdue)

the 2010 QX is here already.

2010 M will not be redesigned.

When will they be putting the 5.0 in the M? And when will the redesigned QX come out?
