you can make them fit in the G's, theres plenty of room, much more than the fx. I done one earlier G with a friend of mine & I done a few late ones too, which are a bolt in & even pre wired. the fx is a bit of a tight fit & I've done those for a few guys. I considered developing these for the G but there was a guy on here who was working on building a kit so I just left it to him, don't think much ever came of it though...

on the FX's I have built a jig for the paddles & I can now duplicate them for any FX that wants them, I'm now working on building paddles into the 350Z's, that's a really tight fit & a bigger challenge, they have like NO room at all, I will build a jig for them too so I can then build paddles for any Z that wanted them too, maybe when I'm done with them I'll consider doing the same for the G's if guys might want these... this is more of a hobby than a business for me though...

the G's & the M's should be easy enough, even the maximas & stuff should have plenty of room for these, I'm surprised there aren't more guys doing these paddles, there really cool

if you decide to try to do them yourself I'll help you out, I can give you diagrams & instructions on how to wire them up & stuff too... the big challenge really is mounting the actual paddle switches & modifying the cover to accept them & still look oem... the wiring & stuff is easy compared to that part of it...

I'm gonna run the idea of the paddles past the wife tonight, since it's her DD. She gonna say that I already have too many other projects (like HHO on my 96 Cherokee, but that's a WHOLE other topic)... and building a tennis ball tosser... but I love the idea of the paddles, or at least swapping the autostick directions becuase to me, speed up = pull back and slow down = bump forward.... I dont even bother to play with it anymore...

I reversed the wires for the autostick too, that's easy, right behind the radio, just need to switch 2 wires...

get a digram for your year G, the unified meter/ac amp is where these connections are, it's the only plastic box in the radio stack, then you need to switch the upshift & downshift wires... should be similar to this:

here, you wouyld cut the white wire & the purple & white wire, then run the white wire from the harness to the purple/wt from the box then connect the other purple/wt to the wt from the box... your colors or terminals may be different but should be similar...

Pull back to upshift/push forward to downshift. Just as God intended it. After a traditional stick and clutch of course.

The '08+ Ms like the '07+ G Sedan and '08+ G Coupe may be plug and play as well. They're available with paddle shifters but only in Japan. Why that feature never made it here is beyond me.

I opened an 08 M & there were no plugs... of course they could still be wired in anyway but no factory harness plugs were there...
