Im not sure why, but it still has factory warranty. No, its does not have a rebuild title.

On the Lokey website, it says PRICE: $28,777. Where did you get 29,500 from?

Having just bought an 07 FX35 last month, I got the sport package, touring & technology package (with Navi) and rear entertainment setup. 10K miles on it for $31,500. Your price seems a little high considering it only has touring package. I think you could get them down lower...

And yes, it still has factory waranty.

The $29,500 is the out the door price. Which includes Tax Tag and Title.

Man, that's like a brand new FX. I bought my 06 back in 06 for 43k OTD. I don't know what they are selling for nowadays, but I think that's a pretty good price if it's OTD

Are you trading in your 08G (assuming that from your sig)? If so that still seems high to me. My tax title and registration was 550 total, since you don't pay tax on your trade. Or, did you just buy with no trade?

Mongolian - they are practically giving them away because of the price of gas. You can practically steal a QX56 if you think the FX's are marked down...

I think you got a pretty decent deal. The price was what, $27k, before tax and dealer fees?

Ok guys, here's the deal. I visited the dealer today and the final out the door was $29,000. I was extremely happy and signed my life away. I'm very excited to own an FX. Thanks for everyone's help!!
