well that's the thing, we were not backing up at the same time, I came out first but needed more room to back up, looked from my rear and stop when I saw that her backup lights were on. I honked my horn because she was backing up and boom.. she hit me. Unfortunately the girl admitted that she was not looking from her rear that's why she didn't see that I was already out there. I did my duty to look on my left, right and rear.

I dunno... for me it's just a simple case since she admitted that it was her fault. It's just gettin' complicated because of this greedy insurance company!
