Having trouble finding this wheel..

I've got my heart set on this wheel -- the website says that they are available in 20's but I can only seem to find 22's and up on every site.

They are Hipnotic Phantom wheels.. if anyone has any suggestions or info on where I could find these in 20 inches, that would be great.

My picture didn't work.. I did search it on google thats the only reason I asked. The post says they are Hipnotic Phantom wheels, and I would assume it would be the Hipnotic wheels website..
