car got broken into!!!

i'm pissed off. i went to my ex's house tonight at 11:45pm to hang out. when i went outside at 1:30am, i realized that the passenger window was shattered! i immediately poked my head to see if there was any further damage or anything missing. To top it off it was raining, and my interior got wet.

missing things:
citizen watch (between front seats by shifter)
polo sport cologne (in armrest)
digital camera (passenger seat)

things not taken:
wallet (right next to cologne in armrest)
CD case (floor)
prada glasses (backseat)

**There was a couple things that struck me as odd. My cologne was taken, and my wallet (w/ $60 & CCs) was left sitting in the armrest compartment in plain view. I did not hear anything at all from inside. My EX's brother just bought a g35 coupe just like mine but the LS color. My car is black w/ limo tints. His car was parked in front of mine, and his room is RIGHT there.

I'm really upset because my EX gave me that watch for X-mas a couple years ago. The camera belonged to her, and it had a lot of pictures and video of us (in our Miami Heat celebration). I'm just mad. I just wish I would have walked out of her house when this was taking place. Man oh man! Now i have to call the window place tomorrow to get a new window ($$$$) and i have to get it retinted ($$$$). My old car ('03 Civic) got broken into in October of 2004, and several thousand dollars of video/audio equipment got stolen. I don't even think it's worth calling the insurance company on this. I have State Farm...what do you suggest??

To make matters even worse, I just purchased some new wheels expected to get here on Thursday. I do not need the extra expense or the fact that I will be worried sick about my car's safety. I will now consider a 2-way "pager" alarm.

Sorry to hear that, last week my old '91 300ZX got broken into at the parking garage at my office in broad daylight (around 10am) and they stole a JL 500/5 amp. Screwed up the passenger side door handle, broke the driver's side window, and stole the amp. Got a check for $1800

i just can't believe crap like this happens. what ever happened to people working hard in order to earn things?!

anyways, i called my State Farm agent this morning at 9AM sharp. She gave me the phone # to a mobile glass repair company. she told me it is fully covered without me having to pay a penny. called them up, and they told me they'll be at my house between 11am-3pm today. what efficiency! the only thing is that i need to get my window retinted for probably $50. the glass company claims that nissan/infiniti do not make their own glass (OEM). same thing applies to acura. it is a different company ( i think he said TPM). can anyone verify this?
