Leather is Peeling

I bought a 2004 coupe in Feb. It has less than 20k miles and I noticed on the driver's left side the leather is peeling! Anyone else have this problem? I still have the mfg. warranty on it, do you think this is covered?

I don't know if it's covered but did you protect the leather with a conditioner when you bought it?

My 04 driver seat is ripped on the left where the seat meets the back rest. I just thought it was the cheap leather infiniti uses and my fat a$$. But I'm not even that heavy, clock in at about 205. Grin and bare it...

I did clean and condition it. I saw scratches initially but didn't pay too much attention to it. I got a good look at it the other day and saw that it is actually peeling.
