dealership put swirlmarks in paint
When I got my car it had these two frosty stains on the rear qtr panels, so I took it in for them to "fix" it.. not only did they not fix it, but there is also a nice mess of swirl marks in the spot now ... I didn't notice until this morning ... WTF... do these tards have to mess up everything thing they try to do... I mean if the dick told me they were going to use a polishing device of some sort I could have done it myself, but NOOOO he said they're going to "heat" the paint...

Guess who the dealerships have do their "detail" work? The graduates of the car wash department.
Assuming its warrantee work, tell them you want it contracted out to a proper paint/body shop since they are clearly incompetent in doing it right. If they did contract it out and that's what you got, take the car around to other shops and have them look at it. Pick one that seems the most capable and tell the dealer they will bill them for the repair. You should have a choice where you want your car fixed.

Its not just the swirls. They didnt fix what he paid them to fix. If they didnt think the stains could be repaired, they should have told him so before taking his money.

Yea Im sure the swirls weren't there, I carefully analyzed the area myself before taking it in. Actually I didnt pay for it, they said they would fix it, because its a brand new car with defects in the paintwork. The thing that pissed me off is that not only did they not fix it correctly, the stains are still there, but now there is a stain with a crap load of swirl marks, like some retard took a rotary and started going at it without any knowledge of how to use one.
