Minor mods for the first couple of years. Body stuff, wheels, intake, maybe exhaust.
After that if I'm still into it I step up a notch.

ttrank- Good stuff!! Very Brabus,Renntech like. Thats what my G wants to be when it grows up.

My G35 is near factory. If you look at it from the exterior, it just has wheels and clear corners. However, its enough to make it stand out from a stock G35. Some people like to spend money on different things...I like to spend a little bit of my money on my G to make it drop my own jaws

Ha-ha. I was waiting for someone to make a comment. I took those when I was up in Prescott visiting my parents. Their house is amazing. It is in the forest just outside of Prescott, AZ. 5,300sq ft, 2 bedroom, 4 bath, 10,000sq ft of deck, 4 car garage + motorhome garage, big a$$ bar, fitness room, and a huge shop. They go out of town a lot and I go up there to get out of the heat of Phoenix. I just hope they leave it to me in like 30 years!

Being happy with your car is exactly what matters. If that means bone stock or 50k in mods. If you know what you want you are on the right track!

Thanks again everyone. Like Nickk6 said as long as your car drops your jaw you should be happy. I love my car. I know some people don't like the chrome wheels but I like the way they go with the window trim and door handles. Everyone has an opinion. I always appreciate constructive opinions and love compliments! So thanks again

ttrank, your car is looks great.

I love tastefully modded G's, even if they are subtle mods and the car looks mostly stock. I actually had planned on modding my G when I bought it, but didnt do the research and found out afterwards that theres ...NOTHING FOR 05-06 SEDANS!!!

You can always go back to stock, I am sure people would be willing to give you OEM parts for your A/M parts

This is what I consider modding a car.

So you don't consider your car modded?

Now if you are talking a heavily modded car this is my vote:

Wide body, twin-turbo Q45 engine, ...

I respect those who want to mod their car but for me if it didn't come from the factory it doesn't go on my car. I guess part of this mentality came from my classic Corvette days when deviations from the factory decreased the value of the old Vette, and yes I realize these cars will never become classics due to the large numbers produced and my comparison is flawed.

yea... done, done, and ugly IMO! The stock bumper is nice for what it is. But if you want a more aggressive or nicer front end, the lip is just not enough. It would probably help if I had a sig with a list of mods...

black axis milano's, 350z h-techs, hotchkis sways, mrev2, 5/16 spacer, stillen intake, crawford cats, waiting for hks muffler, looking into HU and BBK...

this picture is old... i have the center caps now

Yea for a classic, you would want the car all stock. That way you know that it was well kept and had the original parts. Is it the same with newer vettes and other sports cars?

I think that one reason we mod our cars is to differentiate our car from everyone else's, and to express your own style. There arent many classic vettes on the road, so they automatically stand out even in stock form.
