I went to the dealer today to get that cup holder door fixed, however now when I lock the car the horn doesnt honk. Is there a switch or something??

Just curious, thanks guys.

It's probably in hazard only mode. It's in your manual, but to switch from one mode to the other, hold both LOCK and UNLOCK on the remote simultaneously for more than 2 seconds. In hazard only mode, the hazards flash 3 times, in horn mode, it flashes once and honks once.

I have been wondering if I can do this....

Let me get this straight, so all I have to do is hold lock and unlock button of my fob at the same time for 2 seconds and that will allow me to have the horn beep or not beep?
You guys are the best!

Definitely, the look back and smile is essential! I don't like the horn myself. I can usually hear the lock mechanism click twice when I hit it twice. All the horn does is tell me the horn works and wake people up if it's late, or makes dogs bark, whatever. Although it's a good way to check the range of your key fob and see if the battery in it is going bad. But you can look at your lights too. Guess we've exhausted this topic!
