Unhappy I got hit today ( pictures bellow)

i got hit today by another G35 sedan.
I dont know if it was my falut or not. It was one lane going into two lane. I stopped at the end of one lane and whre it makes two lane. The left lane was packed so i tried to go to the right lane. Since it was only one lane behing me and there is a crystler 300 behind me i didnt look much in the mirror. As soon as i try to go to the merge into the right lane a g35 sedan hits me in my front right tire.

i was in an angle so by law i got the ticket. but the lady who was drivin she hit me.

main point was it was one way lane and turned into 2way lane. i was stopped at the end of one lane and trying to go to right lane. she hit came from behind and hit me in my right tire.

tonight i took it for a test drive and evry time i press break i hear a clicking noise.

im going to take it to a dealer. and cheak it out..
plz help..i donno what to do. is my break messed up? and also what about my body/frame ?
im just scared

i will post pic 2morrow

Sorry to hear about the accident. Sounds like it could have been worse. Always a good idea to check the mirrors and do a shoulder check.

Only time I don't shoulder check is when I'm passing and the window of opportunity has just opened that very moment (side by side a oncoming car).

if ur changing lanes (especially from a stop into a lane that has moving traffic) it's your responsibility to yield (i.e. unfortunately your fault).

Like everyone else said, could have been WAY worse, so take it as a quick lesson, get your tire fixed and remeber that you're actually pretty lucky.

Hopefully it won't cost too much $$$ good luck

yes i know it was kinda my fault too...but thet G seadn came from off road. i am assumin cuz the one lane behind my car was packed. and here some people lave that car by the intersection for sale, so she probablye came from the dirt area. If i show u the strret pic which i will put it today u can tell it was her falut but by law i got the ticket for merging.

Im pretty unlucky that i got hit but i was lucky that most hard hit was on the right side wheel. and the wheel was an angle so my fender didnt get that much hit. nothing serious happen to the sedan bumper. ( pretty strong bumper )

for that i think i hav to fix my break and alingment.

how much ar the front fenders ? also my sideskirts has a little damage.
I will take pic iin an hour and post it as soon as possible.

p.s anyone in az knows a good body shop ? im in mesa.

i know i was changing lanes but where my car was stopped there was no way one car could come infront of me or next to me.

there wasnt any moving traffic since it was one lane and i ws in a stop light.
if u see the pictres u will kno what im saying.

Hmmmmm I would take that to court....she had no right being on the dirt....and the cop should have NOT given YOU the ticket...the accident is HER fault..that is NOT a lane...

EDIT: the cop is an idiot... heheheh if it makes you feel better

that cop was like u merged in and by law its ur fault cuz i was in an angle and she hit me in my side.

becauz im little (5' 3" brown asian, lol) kid with brnd new G35 doesnt mean it was my fault.

i shoed them the road, the lane, the tire marks on dirt and how i got hit,

That is not your fault! The sedan had no business being off the main road and it was his responsiblity to yield to on coming traffic when getting back on the road. Seems like the damn cop was little prejudice. Take that to court.
