strictly chevron techron 91 for me too... if i can't find a chevron at all, i'll go with the shell 91.... overall, no less than 91 octane for my g-ride...

my 2k2 6spd maxima saw nothing but 91 octane..... on occasion i had put arco 91 in because it was practically the only gas station in the area (this was marysville ca you know....i didn't know the area too well).... ever since i sold it to my big brother, he's been putting 89 octane....

since acquiring a 93 corolla dx for a daily beater commuter, i've haven't touched the 91 octane button at the pumps yet....

91 octane FTW, either Chevron or Valero. My G has been fed ONLY Premium.

91 or better for me. Most of the gas stations have 91 octane as their highest grade, but i'll use 93 if I happen to be near a better gas station that offers it when I'm running low on gas.

I've put in 91 octane only once or twice, but here in NEW YORK 91 octane is rare. Only a few gas stations have them. Premium/Super gas here is 93 Octane. I usually put in Mobil/Exxon/BP-Amoco/Sunoco. I'd like to try Shell V-Power 93 octane when I get a chance but Shell is not as common as the others.

Haha...good one.
Try increasing your compression and install glow plugs. She'll run better after that

Union 76, Chevron, Valero and sometimes Costco. Get lousy mpg on Arco and Shell so I stay away from them.
Best Cali has 91 tops

Costco claims to use Shell, Phillips, or 76 depending on area, etc.

Can't explain why my G's mpg seems to go down on Shell and Arco.
It just does, in all my vehicles it seems and Shell is always higher in price so it's a no brainer not to use.
Makes sense about Costco's. Local refineries by me is Chevron and Tosco (used to be 76 refinery years ago) so Tosco probably the stuff they use, idk.
