Can you do this to stock brakes/calipers

yea im wondering if you could paint / powdercoat your stock brakes/calipers(hope i spell that right) into a different color... i have an 05 and they didnt offer brembos....i wanna be kinda cheap/ghetto and get them painted / powdercoated red/blue ....is it possible and has anyone done this before

yeh...plenty people have painted their stock non brembo calipers. most recent member that i can think of is blackoutg

dude...andrew painted his calipers black...

answer is yes

wait has his stock ones painted...man i guess i never saw it cuz it was at night....i got to ask him how much it costed him...i might wanna paint/powdercoat mine red or blue

Yup, I picked up a brake caliper painting kit from pepboy's for about 15 bucks and it was more than enough for one car. Id give it to you but Grant has it.

Here's a shot of my rear caliper. Damn I need a BBK...

you can either paint it, or powder coat. with powder coating, you would have to remove your calipers and bleed the brakes.

I would sugest painting them so that you do not have to disassemble the brakes
