My last tank was 23.9MPG. Not sure how I got that...

24.2 MPG is my avg. since I got the car last August.
High of 27MPG, low of 21.2MPG.

"200 miles per gallon", WOW! LOL j/k
I heard using the cruise control may help a little.

I do alot of city driving, just because i dont like little rocks chipping away my paint on the highway and because i love driving it so i take a long route =P. From full tank to the 2nd last tick is about 300-310 miles i get from the G.

Try to keep under 3000rmp. I can't confirm this but I feel like the VQ gets into high performance mode above 3k rpm.

The ONLY way the G would get 39 MPG is off a cliff.

My wife gets 21-22 with 3/4 highway driving. Best we ever had was straight highway at 26.5 mpg.

Drive like there is an egg BETWEEN your foot and the gas pedal. Stay below 3K rpm, coast as much as you can. Use the cruise control, and drive at least 5 mph BELOW the limit. That 5 mph will make a whole lotta diff.

Infiniti could solve this quick if they wanted to, make 6th a LOT taller. Heck this car will almost do top speed in 5th anyway. (suc it autos )
