Guess there's many reasons why ppl rebadge.
I personally did it b/c there really is a Skyline 350GT and wish to represent the performance and roots of the car, not the luxury label of Infiniti in North America including a couple/few other counties too.

Yes the 350GT is RHD and ours is LHD, but other than that big difference, they're the same car made by the same manufacture.
Just my 02 and why I rebadged.
