Does the aero kit help providing more down force
My G35 sedan has the aero kit with the rear spoiler and under body air diffuser, but I am not sure if they actually provide any meaningful down force. Does anyone know the answer?
It's doubtful you'll ever be driving fast enough to actually produce a significant amount of downforce. We don't drive F1 Racecars here... unless you're an F1 Racecar driver
So with that being said... i wouldn't worry about it. Body kits you see on the market nowadays are purely cosmetic.

The sedan has a very low coefficient of drag, even lower than the coupe!
.27 (.26 with the factory rear spoiler) vs .29 for the coupe AND the NEW sedan.
That's got to be one of the lowest c/d ratings I have heard of.

To my mind the rear wing is more aesthetic than anything else.
It's more likely that any kind of underbody kit addition will help with engine, transmission, and brake cooling than anything else.

you'd be surprised to find that our g sedans' drag coefficient, as tall as they are, are lower than a c6 z06 corvette....if only we have stock turbos or bigger motors pushing out 500+hp and lighter weight we'd be in supercar territory and would definitely require the needed downforce of a rear spoiler wing like that of the r34 gtr's....
