fast question about badging

My sedan is getting tinted right now, and I figured I would get the badging taken off while they are doing the tint. The tint shop wants to know if the Infiniti badges are just taped on, or if they attach to the body and if taken off will leave holes behind in the panel. Anyone know the answer? Thanks!

It's refered to as debadging.............

Debadging is so much fun I would never pay anyone to do it for me. Plus I
can assure you they won't do it right. I requires fishing line, googone,
scratchx and wax to do the job without leaving scratches behind!

I used to spy our enermies from time to time and I found this: http://www.e46fanatics.com/howto/how...php?howto_id=1
Sometimes enermy's strategies can be helpful...

So far, it doesn't seem to be hard at all. All you need is adhesive remover and wax to make your car bling as before.
