Smile Cheapest Place Online for OEM G35 Parts

Hi everyone,

I went to the stealership today for my 60k km service and they told me I have 1mm left on the front and 3mm left on the rear brakes (obviously they need to be replaced). Then I nearly fell over when they told me they wanted $520 CDN for the front and $420 for the rear, including labour and a rotor turn!!! (Quoting $300 CDN for each set of pads!!).

Yikes.

Anyways, I need to find somewhere online that can ship me an AC belt, and a set of Brembo front/rear pads for much cheaper. I know they exist out there but I am new to the infiniti world of OEM parts, coming from Acura. I would like to find a good source for parts for my new ride.

Thanks if you can help me out here!

I did see the add for Riverside Infiniti...anyone dealt with them before?

Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, he lives in Canada. Shipping would kill him.

You're better off asking somebody in the Canada forum - https://g35driver.com/forums/canada-36/

haha yeah I tried Googling that and it did not give me anything but porno and Viagra ads (j/ks)

Thanks for the advice...even with shipping, parts are still considerably less than buying from the dealer. I have sent an email to Chad so hopefully he gets back to me soon here with a quote. There is no way I am paying $1000 for front and rear pads....service advisors are nuts.

Yes they are Brembo (see original post ).

I have not owned the car for very long so I have not heard anything about aftermarket pads.

What is the general consensus on aftermarket pads and which ones have had the best reputation? I know there was always problems with some of the aftermarket pads for the legend when I owned one.
