ok, guys... so i decided to give infiniti of oakland a try and got an oil change done there today. i have to say.. i was pretty impressed by the customer service and work done there. jesse (sp?) helped me and answered questions that i had. im very **** when it comes to my car, especially it being black, so he was able to put me at ease about taking special care of my car. i have been taking my car to pleasanton dealership and for some damn reason, i would always get my car back with light scratches and the service manager would say it was already there, which is bullsh*t. so anyway, when the job was done.. i got my car back blingin. they wash the cars by hand and it aint done half assed. the detail guy washed it as if he owned it, plus he vacuumed the inside. i was impressed and i plan to take it back there next time around. take your business there... i definitely recommend them. so far so good. lets see if they can keep it up.
