STEALERSHIP SCREWED ME OVER, what should i do?

Hi its me again, i posted here earlier about a p1074 code which means fuel bank too lean. So I listened to everybody's advice and brought it to the dealer. So luckily it was covered under warrant because i have 2003 about 50000 miles. What they replaced was 3 fuel injectors and one of the O2 sensors. They gave me a loaner car which was the 07 g35 sedan which was pretty nice. So then the next day I went back to pick up my car. Got the car and everything was fine. So dadedadeda I drove for about 40 miles. The next morning I got up to take the car out, I noticed that my there was no heat coming out because it was cold *** hell. Then the next thing I noticed is that I smell coolant, then my car's temp gauge started sky rocket up to the H line where it is boiling point, so immediately I turned off my car to let it cool down. Now that I am getting this problem, what should I go back to the dealer and say? What can be done? Because I really afraid that the time it was overheating, it might fried my piston rings and gaskets. What should I ask for when I get back to the dealer because obviously it was their fault. Opinions would gladly be appreciated. Thanks

when the car left it should have been operating as close to oem/factory spec as possible. i would just stick to that story and push them to fix it. it's even worth pointing out what risk this posed to you should the car have malfunctioned/shutoff at a bad time.

If I do point out these points, i mean what would the dealer do for me? I know that they will most likely fix the overheating problem, but what if in the future which is probaly in like a month something else goes bad and the cause was from the overheating of the motor.

your car is under warranty...

1. call infinti road side (Free service when your under warranty)

2. they tow to local infiniti dealer
- want the guy to NOT scrach your car? tip him $20
- the guy gets paid hourly or about $20-$30 per tow working for infiniti or $40 tops if hes contracted

3. they cover everything under warranty (make sure they tow it to the dealer you had your car last worked on)

4. IF the car was damaged internally (which it probably isnt) the work will be under Infinitis data base as ALL warranty work is recorded for infiniti AND the dealer has worked on your car so IF that problem is caused by the dealer they SHOULD fix it or heavly discount the work when/if there is a problem

5. make sure you talk to the same service advisor/writer when you go.. make sure that guy is a good guy.. as there are *** holes and there are people actually trying to help.. if you do not feel/think wether he is good then go to another one.. this way you develop a relation ship with him (AKA client for him) he will try his best NOT to loose you as he thinks you will return to him for future services especially now that your car is out of warranty (customer pay = good).. so in the future he will try his best to help you out to keep you as his customer and may even have the dealer internal some work ...

Piston rings and gaskets should be good unless u sat and ran it a while when the gauge was pegged. Have it towed to dealer and should be under warrenty still since last one was.

Three words for you : Still under warranty.
Those are the three words you should be thinking to yourself. I'd take it back to the dealer and advise them that your car was running fine until after they serviced the engine code.

first thing. DO NOT assume it's there fault.

Just because your car was worked on doesn't mean this
problem is a result of that work.

This way, you will have a clear head when presenting your case
for repair.

I'm sorry but bitching get's u no where fast and just makes the dealership take there time and be even harder to deal with. You just go in there present the problem and they should be happy to help since under warrenty but if u go in there with a atitude then they will get an attitude and it will make things harder on you. That is with anything. If u want respect start by respecting them.

Did you even look under the hood to identify what part of the cooling system seemed to have failed?

Did you look in the Factory Service Manual to see if the task of replacing the O2 sensor and fuel injectors would have required the mechanic to disassemble or other wise work on the part of the cooling system that failed?
