Just curious how you guys feel when you see another G just like yours on the road? I saw another lakeshore slate in my hometown yesterday for the first time. Not tooo sure how I feel about it... I think I would rather have the only one, haha. Selfish, I know

I guess they need to sell a bunch of them to stay in business and making great cars. And as long as they dont get my wheels/drop I am still original, RIGHT???? PLUS, I had mine FIRST!

 

I am the same way. Before I even made my first payment, I got it tinted, bought clear lenses, and installed a front lip. It helps, because there certainly are a lot of G's on the road.

 

I felt the same way..one night i was on I-75 and im driving with 2 other IP... one just like mine and the other didnt have a spolier... we had 3 lanes side by side..kinda cool.. but not really

 

Good, I am glad I am not the only one who loves our Gs, but doesnt want everyone to have one just like mine. One of the initial appeals of Infiniti to me was that there weren't any dealerships nearby, so not many people have them.

They could have at least gotten a different color!! Like Serengeti Sand! haha

 

I realized early on that it was inevitable that I would probably see dozens of cars like mine, and I do, everyday.......In New Jersey there as common as State Troopers....

On the plus side, I enjoy it because Its like watching my car going down the highway......and daymnn...they are soo sexy cruisin down the road........So its a win win situation for me anyways.....

 

Sometimes I feel like why couldn't you get the one without the wing but most of the Laser Red ones that I see don't have Brembos so I feel kid of good about that.

 

Luckily for me in my area, coupes are few and far between. I've had my car for almost 2 years and I've seen maybe 4 or 5 coupes in that time, and it is usually the same people. But when I do see them I'm always disappointed because I want to be the only one with it. I'm selfish

 

do a little bit to customize it and then it will be different

Wheels / Drop and going to tint at some point. I don't think I will do much else though....

 

Personally I liked it when I was the only one with my color.
When I had my Lakeshore Slate 05 G35X, someone else in my area got one identical. I was a bit let down.
Now since I purchased the 07, no one else has that color in my area...........yet .

 

I actually wish more cars like mine were on the street. That way I don't have to get off to look at my sick a$$ car

 

The 07G is still pretty rare in my area.. however, my bestfriend just bought one.. copycat lol..

There is on black 07G at my work but no tint (it looks naked without tint)

I saw one LP Sport before I got mine and then one shortly after.. and then another black one on the road..

Oh yea my neighbor has a SS one but I havent seen it yet..

i always have mixed feelings... but rarely do i c IPs... so when i do see one, i try to compare and learn
