Infiniti screwed up my driver side window!

I took my car in for its second oil change at 4000 miles . My driver side power window had a slight sqeeking noise, so the service dude said they will lubricate it. Noise was gone but now after 2 days it started to make a very noticable and annoying noise. Also the internals of the window made a long scratch all along the length of the window, enough deep that you can feel it. I'm definitely gonna have them replace the motor and related things and most important the actual window. Any words of advice ? Btw, this was at Infiniti of Chantilly.
Thanks.

lol. Actually I was pretty mad I forgot to ask my question. Do you think they'll replace the window because of that scratch ?
If theres no direct light on it, its not visible. But with some light you can easily see it.

If you bring the direct light with you, then maybe they will replace it.

Rape their ***. Make sure you stand there and watch the change of motor. Sometimes they will say they changed it, but they won't. Have your sales person give you a free key chain because of your trouble. Don't forget to get a free car wash too.
