do dealers debadge (letters)

wondering if any body knows if the deales debadge.?

ummm, yea i guess so... but it's like going to the dealers, paying them money to change your clear corners. debadging is one of the easiest "mods" that you can do...

no its not easy if u wanna screw up clear coat& paint

i paid some one in miami to do it and he used 1000 grit sand paper to get the glue off and he had to re clear coat it.. theres a few nics but itds pretty clean job. in the midst of getting a 07 i wouldnt want no nicks or blemishes in the paint, i will be geting black.

lol why would you use sand paper to get the glue off? sand paper? omg... heat it up with a heat gun/hair dryer, use dental floss/fishing line to take the letters off, then use goo gone/wd40 and rub the residue off. how hard can that be? countless members have done it already without damaging the clear coat, ie without SANDPAPER.

Acctually dental floss and then meguaire scratch x to remove the glue.. Works wonders.

Debadging is so easy a caveman could do it! Go to search, type in debadging
and you'll find no less than 300 posts......now we have 301! haha
