For me - it depends on gas station. Some do that, others fill up normal.

Same here - Depends on the station & the particular pump that I use. One thing you can do is turn the nozzle sideways. That works for me.

naw, i wouldnt think any damage would occur due to a low tank of gas. when i put my car away this winter, I had barely any gas in it.
