This kit is made by metra for the 03-04 g35 and costs half of what grubbs is asking for the jdm equipment. I have not seen this particular kit yet but the color matching that metra does is second to none. If it is anything like the nissan titan dash kit that they make we will not be dissapointed. I already ordered mine and I will post pics when I put my D3 in later this week.

Please fill me in. What is the purpose of this kit? Isn't it the OEM pieces and the same color as factory? Are there optional colors? Is it for some kind of aftermarket installation? Thanks.

 

So we can keep dual climate control and install a double din for 160? very nice i doubt there are optional colors, though that would be cool

Its absolute junk, like the rest of Metra's products, not to mention that it's not even in production yet (but they'll be more than happy to take your money for it, like they did for the $200 dash kit I ordered for a Malibu that was over a year away from production)

wow that is some shady stuff. sorry to hear about that. I have def found that metra is not the greatest of quality from my experience but that is why it is going to be so cheap so u get what you pay for
