Second new tranny, need flywheel advice guys

Well here goes again. I just had my tranny swapped at 40K miles and now I need one again at 50K. The replacement never felt right and was very hard to shift. Since I first had the car I always noticed that my engine was quite a bit rougher than the auto loaners I always got. I've heard that this is due to the earlier stock flywheel designs which have since been redesigned.

Since the tranny is going to be down again I've decided to swap the flywheel while it's down. Why not, maybe I'll get rid of the rough vibrations and gain some power while at it. The dealer wants to charge $350 to swap the flywheel while the tranny's down, which I think is a bit steep, but I have no other choice.

So what do you think. I have no clue what to get. I'm a VERY MILD modder at best and I don't want excessive chatter and such. A shop that deals with Porsches, BMW's, Benzes and Ferrari's that I go to for other stuff has suggested Fidanza. Theirs is $699.99 (msrp) which I can probably get a bit cheaper. They also told me to check UR since they are local for me (LI, NY). I thought these were a bit cheaper, any suggestions? What works best in our cars?
