That's what I currently get on my 03.5 AT sedan, anywhere between 16.5 and 17.5 mpg. 78,000 miles on the odometer.

you guys should actually do the math for the gas you put in. i always save my gas receipts and wright the mileage on it and figure it out later. (i am 2 dumb to pull off division in my head)

Yea umm, it might sound crazy but I get 9-10 mpg lol

May be my heavy foot, but I honestly tried driving like a grandma and the best I can get is 11mpg. We're talking city ofcourse. Highway I get like 17-20. Maybe it's all my mods (full exhaust and intake)

So far with my 05 AT Coupe I get around 18-19 around town and 21 on a tank that was 1/2 long trip and 1/2 around town. So I figure on a long trip I might get 23-24. They must calculat gas mileage different than they used to. My G35 is 18/25 and it gets mostly close to 18. I had a 1995 GT Mustange that was rated 18/25 and it would get 22 around town and 25-28 on lon trips.

22 around town on a 95 mustang gt? No way. Not for me anyway. Mine barely got 15-17. On the highway I would see around 24 running 85mph.
Really depends on what you mean by around town though. I would say my g35x gets very similar mileage to the mustang.

I do the division quite often at the gas pump. I think full highway with my g35x I would get probably 22-23. Maybe 24-25 if I babied her at 70.

Right now in the warmer temps, I'm seeing about 21mpg in 50/50 driving or about 350 miles for 16.5-17.0 gallons. In all city driving, I see about 19mpg. In 100% highway, I see about 27 and as high as 29. My mileage has been consistent since I bought the car 2.5 years ago. Mods are in my sig and the car just turned 50K. I drive fairly moderately around town, but nearly every entrance ramp gets a WOT blast in 2nd and some of 3rd.

My GT Mustang had the .273 gear so it was very high geared and got good mileage. Driving it the exact same way as I drive the G35 it got at least 4 mpg better. No matter how hard I drove the Mustang, it never got below 21.

my 03 5at coupe with 69k gets 250-280 b4 gas light n town, but when lite comes on it could take 18gal to fill it up or as low as 13gal whatever my tank feels like taken that day. on the interstate though i can just get in 400s. I have a pretty heavy foot and love the sound of my exhaust and cai... waitin for turbo or s/c sound

I think honestly,,,engine in g35 is not a work of art but a piece of garbage

Intake/exhaust should help mpg if anything, and if you're getting 11mpg then that's pretty crazy bad. Maybe your grandma driving skills aren't quite grandma enough
I get 400-450 miles on a tank on the highway, maybe 14-16 mpg in town, depending.
