Running 225/45 front and 245/45 for sedan

Running 225/45 front and 245/45 for sedan
Has anyone tried this setup for sedan? Mine comes with 235/45/18 with sport suspension. The 225/45/18 has slightly smaller diameter than the 235/45/18 so how will it affect the odometer? How will it affect VDC?
