Unhappy An awkward dent.

Well a few weeks ago, I washed and waxed my car myself, the car had no dents or anything at all. The next morning I wake up to this big dent on my car right above the wheel well. The landscapers did do the grass that morning, so I think one of the large lawn mowers might have hit it.

long story short the owner brought out one of the mowers to figure out how this could have happened. My father nor the owner could figure out, so I am stuck with paying for this myself when I have no idea how it happened.

I am wondering if someone can give me an estimate on how much this would cost to repair.

If anyone knows any good and reasonable body shops in Central Jersey, or Chester County, PA let me know.

Thanks

Oh and btw i got my car september 06 and I have around 20.3K miles on it and my cd player wont work (it wont eject, load or play cds) but the radio and sat works fine.

Anyone have this issue?!

to repair the quarter panel, paint the panel, blend into the door and bumper, expect at least $1000 from a good shop

file an insurance claim. that would most likely be on your comprehensive side anyway, so doubtful it would increase your rates.

THere's a body shop up by me, in Morristown, that does work suprisingly cheap. I can get the name if you're interested. (more details, too, of course)

Most likely, he knew what hit it, and hasn't brought that piece around you recently. I bet you'll notice there's one mower he uses on other yards, but never yours...

I had a big comp claim before, my old Lexus was vandalized. So I wasnt sure if this one would raise it or not.

and Paniller, I thought that was the case too. I dont doubt it for a minute that they brought the wrong mower around. I PM'd you for that info. Thanks.

Superdds, No the car has had no body work, it has not been in an accident at all. And its a lease so I would hope it didnt have any work done prior to me getting it.
