I found this on zeetoyz.com, a site for 350z parts and they have a base collar that covers the shift boot. I'm purchasing a nismo gt shift **** but I didnt like how the shift boot sat underneath the shift ****. heres a link, hope it helps.

hmmm that looks good. I have the nismo titanium **** myself and that finisher base looks nice. anyone tried it on the nismo ***** yet?

 

Looks to me like it's just designed for that particular ****. You can see it at the bottom of the picture of the **** at the left. Hey, at that price it's worth a try. Let us know if it works/how it looks.

I have that one too. I am very happy with how it looks with the rest of the oem stuff.
