I still will be positive about this, if you make it right. I am just asking you to cover half of the cost for me to buy an item that I already paid you once for and didn't get.

If you give me 30 more... you will have refunded 60 total... which means you made 65 selling a JWT Heat Shield, Ztube and a cheap filter and non JWT MAF adapter. I don't think that is too one sided.
That's more than reasonable. you can't use one without the other, it's all about compromise since this all sounds like a misunderstanding.

I think the fair solution here is to do a full refund.

Then re-list it correctly described.

And btw, its "As Is" not "As It"

I just want him to pay for half of the MAF adaptor, which is more than reasonable.

I already offered to do a full exchange and he didn't want to... because he sold it "AS IT"

and adaptor.

And for a whole year, you never learned what a real JWT setup was????

Jeff, There are always two sides of a story. I bought this combo from another member on this forum about a year ago. I kind of blame myself for not knowing the difference between popcharger filter and regular filter. I believe I already made up with him for that. If you look at my itrader rating as compare to seller's rating, I have already established myself in this community. What do I get out of this for ripping some stranger off for measly $30 bucks?? If I didnt list it "as it", I already would have refunded another $30.

Sounds like the majority of people are on my side.
Please agree to refund me another 30, or I will be contacting paypal, iTrader, and maybe a step further. The 30 would help me out, but it is also the principle of the matter.

Eric, please do what you know is right and just get this thing settled.

Below is the exact PM from when we agreed to 125 shipped. This with the post confirming you knew exactly what you had only solidifies my case.

Please refund the 30 dollars or I will begin to pursue it via other measures using the proof in the above posts...

Jeff, thanks for pulling this up... I owe you one.
I can't believe the blatent lie about this, and then to tell me I didn't pay 125 for it... I still have the agreed PM, and I can pull up the paypal history too.

Is there a "don't buy from this guy" list in the forums.

Eric,
I am truely sorry that it went this way... I really was planning on keeping this "anonymous". The way I see it there are four options.

1. I return everything for a full refund.
2. You refund some money ($30) and we call it a big misunderstanding
3. You refund more money ($60) and I will send back the BOMZ filter and adaptor and keep the ztube and the heat shield
4. You decide not to refund any money, and I have learned an "online shopping" lesson, albeit an expensive one.

I would perfer either option 2 or 3.
Thanks for being open minded about this, and not getting overly defensive with everyone voicing thier opinion.

Tim

Is there anything I can do to help you make up your mind?

Hello.... Are you still out there... Eric... ???
He must be in deep though about whether to refund me some more money for knowingly selling me a product that was not as described.
This is like calling an all in bet with pocket A's... what is there to think about?
