Seeing as how he lied to me about what was going to send me, then lied about not knowing what he had (proven in previous posts) then lied about how much I paid him for it... and then he is STILL THINKING about refunding me money that everyone knows he should...

I would say that I have handled this rather professionally... but I am get to my breaking point.

I am going to give him until Monday to respond with his "decision" and if I don't hear anything by then... let the bashing and spreading of this news begin! I have several resources that will ensure that anyone who tries to purchase some from Eric know what they are getting into.

I agree with you. I'd say a full refund is in order....like you said, it's not much money, but it's the principles that matter....sucks to be ripped off and lied to....good luck.

I've already sent the PM to the buyer about refunding the money after I have fully inspected the REAL JWT popcharger from another member. I need physical evidence as to why there is major difference in air filters.

I DO NOT like getting ripped off and I sure as hell wouldnt do it others.

Thanks for refunding the money. I will chalk this up to a big misunderstanding that just took some time to get squared away. In your defense you shipped the product very quickly and always responded to PMs and didn't ignore the situation... which is better than most people would have done.
