I just got in a small fender bender and my hood has been bent in the front. The left edge curls in by about an inch. Thus, I think the hood is beyond repair so I am now in a market for a new one. Does anybody know the best place to be looking for a new factory hood? Should I go to an autobody shop/dealership or should I just acquire one myself?

I'd rather stay stock than get a carbon fiber hood, etc.

Also, if anybody has a Twilight Blue 2003 Coupe hood for sale let me know as I would be very interested in buying!

Why not take this opportunity and get yourself a Carbon Fiber hood?

 

MyNismo.com has Oem hoods for like 450$ and ^^+1 on that carbon fiber hood idea shane

Yeah, I think I would rather get stock hood. I would at least want the color to match the rest of the car. If I buy a brand new hood (from mynismo for example) I would have to get it painted at a body shop, correct? I'm pretty new to this so excuse my lack of knowledge... haha.

 

Call up Mynismo i think there Factory painted, i know the lip is, and the rest of the body parts are all black im sure of

 

you will need to have the hood painted it will not come painted!!!

i dont know if you need a Twilight Blue hood still it is kinda late... but i have one for sell... it is not perfect, but never bent or anything. i have a 2004 Twilight Blue coupe and replaced it with a OEM carbon fiber hood. pm me for sure cheaper then buying a new one

 

Just to keep the record straight, Twilight Blue was only available for the 04 model year......not 03. Maybe he confused it with CB.
