if the g and the z has the same frame? someone told me it did but i dont think so

 

Technically they don't have a frame...they are unibody cars....so in that respect they aren't the same...however they are based on the same platform which is used throughout several vehicles in the nissan/renault/infiniti lineup and modified and streghthened for each's specific needs.
