So after 8 months of avoiding all other cars in parking lots, I come back from a business trip after leaving my car at work to find 2 massive scratches on my passenger door. It happens on 2 locations about a foot apart and it doesn't look like a simple door ding. It looks like they took a set of like 20 keys and banged on my door. It annoys the hell outa me how inconsiderate people are, especially at my work where you would they were of a bit higher class and care more about other peoples properties. Sorry for the rant.

Any suggestion on how I can fix the scratches? I read some stuff about using touch up paint and Lanka to remove the blob. Any experiences with that?

 

try buffing it out. if not, buy some touch up paint and that should do the job
