Would you trade your 1st generation G coupe in for a 2nd generation G sedan???

I have a 2005 G coupe with 13k miles (originally had 8000 miles when I first got it) that I bought back in April after trading in my 2004 350Z...I was considering the G37 coupe, but after seeing it, I'm gonna pass on it. However, I took a second look at the new 2nd generation sedan, and it's freaking HOT. I actually rented an 07 sedan while in Vegas at the beginning of this year, and it drove pretty well...but it wasn't a Sport...but I dunno, I'm in the mood for a new car, and the front of the new Gs, both the sedan and the coupe, look the same...however, it fits a LOT better in the sedan than the coupe...

If I was in need of 4 door car I would prolly get a sedan.

But I'm never trading my coupe for nothing.

There isn't a car out there worth enough to take my coupes place.

I got a loaner 07 for a day and coming from an 04 coupe, here is my take.

Coupe advantages:

Sexier
Better handling
better throttle response/sensitivity
Better steering feel

Sedan advantages:

everything else

The VQ HR pulls like crazy...its a much better engine. If I had to choose between the two, I would choose the sedan. Would I trade up...no just because transactions costs and depreciation are not worth it.

Why the hell would we answer this question for u??? That are people here that trade in their coupe for a SRT4 but who are we to critisize his choice. The reason for it is because we are NOT going to be the one that is going to drive the car, it is him. Same thing applies in ur case. If u want to trade in and lose money for a sedan go for it if u don't, dont do. At the end of the day u are going to be the one that is going to drive the car. Personally I hate the new sedan. The way it looks and drives. But who am I to tell other people what to buy.

he does not want you to tell him what to buy
He's asking you if you would trade your coupe for a sedan?

Could you answer that?

of all the G's i like the 03-04 w nismo the best

The new ones look to large and fatty for me. More luxurious looking but less fun and performance looking.

Im sure they are very plush, but not my style yet, maybe when im like 40

jon!
