Alarm not unlocking driver door

It just started happening about a few days ago (of course right after my warranty ran out.)

I use my alarm to unlock, but now only the passenger door unlocks, but the driver side does not. I have to actualy either unlock it from the passenger side, or role down the windows and then unlock my side. Anyone what's going on with this? Am I looking at an expensive fix, or can I just do it myself?

Thanks.

actualy I think I might have found the answer.

It might be the locking actuator:

So, do our cars only have the 3 year/36month warranty, or is there a longer warranty that this work might fall under?

OK, I think I might have a workaround... but no time to do it.

Anyplace you guys recommend in San Diego for these kinds of work?

Thanks.

I have the 2004. I really thought it was 3 year, 36000 miles. did you get the extra warranty on it?

Forgot to update. Took the car to the dealership, they took care of it. It was what we all suspected
