I have 2005 sedan with the wood trim package. I recently scuffed up the wood trim that surrounds the radio & climate control controls. Since the "wood" in the 2005 is really plastic, I was thinking about trying some kind of plastic scratch remover (something like Meguires PlastX, or Janvil Light Duty Scratch Remover).
Has anyone tried any of these products on their trim? Or, does anyone have an idea of how they might work? I'd hate to make things worse, but if I could get rid of the scuffs, it'd be fantastic.
Or... does anyone has a rosewood radio trim piece from a 2005 (I think 2006 would work as well) that they were willing to part with? If so, I'd definitely be interested in it.
Thanks for any help!

i've got a small scratch from a key on my aluminum trim above the climate control too... i've just learned to suck it up and live with it.
