what was your average speed on the 260mile trip? here and there some traffic so i had to slow my average was about 75. and some uphill driving.

The trip computer reported an avg speed of about 60, but I was driving at about 80 mph for most of the trip. However, this included driving over the grapevine which probably also made the gas mileage worse.

25mpg is probably the best you can possibly get in our cars... I get 14-16 city and on strictly highway driving I average just over 24

The best I got was about 28'ish + when I drove home from Santa Barbara to Torrance (near Los Angeles). Agreed, what were you expecting? 25 MPG is right were it suppose to be on our cars. Maybe you read the wrong window sticker (maybe it was a sentra you were looking at? )

25 and you're not happy ? I'd kill for that.
I'm averaging about 18.
My 400 horse Corvettes get close to 30 hwy with the manual tranny.
If the G would come with a 6 speed automatic, that would improve mpg a lot.

I don't understand what difference it makes saving 5, 20, even 50 dollars per month on gas makes... if you are so concerned about spending money on gas then don't drive a car, walk. My dad had a GMC Denali too and that was something which would worry a person about gas, full tank 120L = 500km lol (roughly 40 gallons = 320 miles). My G eats exactly half of that amount, full tank 60L and range over 500km...
