Need help for squeaky noise from front left tire area!

I recently just noticed on my 03 coupe that when I go over bumps in the road/roads that aren't paved smoothly that a squeaky sound comes from my left front tire area. I took it into the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. They did hear the sound however when I kept my car in place and moved my steering wheel all the way back and forth left to right (so it makes the same sound when the car is not moving and i'm turning the wheel left and right). They were going to lube something, but they decided to wait becuase of cold weather (for the past few days its been around freezing). They thought cold weather could be causing it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

PS:It really does sound like a metallic squeaking noise

Squeaking Sound

I might have the same problem. It started 1 week ago. Sometimes I hear the squeaking noise when im . I did the same thing you did I turn the wheel left to right while parked and I can hear a the clicking sound. It sounds like snaping a tin plate of sheet metal. And I dont think California weather has something to with it.

I think it's my backing plate for my brake pads. It might be out of place, or just need lubing again. Thank goodness it's long weekend this week that I can check it out.
