I couldn't give up my sedan now, but if you need to make some financial adjustments then go with your gut feeling on what works for you.
Personally, I would have issues at this point giving up the tech toys in my '07 for an '06.

i wouldnt give up the technology. if anything, wait a little bit and go for the 37.

I would hold onto it. My wife drives a 07 G35x and I am in love with the technology. I have an 05 M3 and an 07 Armada and I feel like I am in the stone age now.
Nissan just gave a lot of the technology to the 2008 Armadas (which seems to trickle down from Infiniti) and I now really hate that I don't have it.
One option would be looking into refinancing your car loan if the rates are better now - you can do it just like a mortgage.
