Question about buying a 04 coupe?

Hey guys it has been awhile since I've posted. I sold my Sedan a couple of summmers ago and now would like to get a coupe.

I found one that I think is a good deal, but whtashould I be aware of?

Here is the car-
04 coupe 6mt nav, brembo
43K
sunroof
not sure about the radio ad says it has sat. would it be the Bose system then?
18' wheels

How would I be able to know if it is a Premium or sport or what ever?

I'm going to offer $19,200.00 I think he will take it.

Good buy or too good of a buy, i have not done a car fax yet but i will spend the money to be safe....

Your Thoughts?????

If it has nav then it should be premium. I would say it's a good buy. Just go for a test drive, make sure clutch/brakes are still okay and do the routine check off.

I dont understand that process..it just seems like it would be embarrassing. You poppin the hood..checkin everything out..asking questions about every little thing..taking it to a mechanic of your choice to have him look over it. wouldnt the dealer be all on the guard the whole time...What do you do when your done test driving it..and you dicide you dont want it..the dealers prolly like WTF..all that and your not even going to buy the car?? ya know...i do not know the whole process in buying a car..

Well thats were it gets tricky, I live about 350 miles away, $63 plane ticket one way, and I would be kinda going into blind and hoping it is what it is. If anyone is willing to do a test drive that would be awesome. PM please

I am currently in a wheelchair for the next 3 weeks, but I may put some money down to hold it if I can get some more info. I can't get a hold of anyone at the moment to get some more info on the car....

So you would rather buy a lemon, just because your embarrassed about taking a couple minutes to check the car over.Afterall you will be the one that stuck with the headache of having to fix everything.Personally I would never trust a dealer without checking everything out first.

I would love to be your salesman.

hey man, pm me the vin and I will get you the carfax if you want. You might have to hurry cause Im not sure how much longer I will have unlimited carfax. Also send me your email address because its too long to cut and paste into a pm.

I was in the same situation with my last 2 vehicles that I bought. I'm near New Orleans and the first was in Nashville, the second was in Houston. You must convince yourself that you don't HAVE to buy the car. Because once you get there they will know they have leverage. Also I would ask them if they would reinburse you for the flight if you buy. Let us know how it goes

Sorry about that, didn't mean to throw it out there like that. I just figured someone would need to know in order to go test drive it for you. If it would have been in the Omaha area I would have checked it out, but it's a tad far for me too. The only way I would ****** it is if it was the same one I'm looking at here in town, but you're safe
