Filled up 19.494 gallons

Hi,

I drove about 370 miles on my tank, and I was filling at 76 gas station, it was at 19.494 gallons and was still going. I stopped because I was too scared it would overflow. The pump wouldn't fill on its own. I had to hold the trigger on it lol Has anyone had that problem before?

I've gotten 360+ a couple of times driving all highway. But when I filled up it wasn't 19+ gallons.

I drive on freeway to work all the time. If I drove any more, I would probably run out of gas. lol. My light went off at 300 miles.

350 on a tank is not that significant if you keep your foot out of it. He only averaged what, 19MPG?

I just filled up my tank right when the empty light turned on. Had 370 miles on mine. Only filled out 17 gallons.

I've gotten 460miles once... that was purely on hwy/fwy only from Garden Grove, CA to Scottsdale, AZ. It used up all 20 gallons of my gas.

EDIT:

I've got this after I filled back up the tank. Proof:

I don't know why it didn't show 414 (23mpg avg x 18 gallon), but oh well. That's close. Mind you whatever shows on the range only counts 18 gallons of gas... doesn't count the extra 2 gallons for back up.

hmm that only about 19 mpg..

i average around 21 mpg..

you should easily be able to get around 420+ on a full tank.. (full meaning 20 gallons)

that's only if u are easy wit the gas

I average between 400 to 430 miles on a tank, depending on how much stop and go I hit in the morning. I have mostly highway driving though.
