Auto Windows Down

I just bought a 05 G35 Coupe..
It doesnt seem to have the option of pulling the windows down using key remote (or it isnt working).. Did this option come on the 05 models? If not is it possible to have it installed? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean it doesn't have the option? Does it not work when you hold down unlock? or are you expecting an additional button? If that doesn't work you should consult the dealer as i think it should work on all G, i could be wrong

One other question also...
Are the windows supposed to go back up using the remote in any way also?

Maybe you need to hold the unlock button down longer......

It should work on your car along with the door lock if you don't have intelligent key.

On my 04, I can lower the windows with the key fob and raise them using the door lock with my key.

There is a module sold on this forum that you can install to have your windows roll up automatically when you lock the door.

Search for it...I think its KPTechnologies........Nevermind.....Here Ya Go

I have 05 coupe and yes it has that option, but the roll back your window. You will need to buy a mod from KP technology for $99. very easy to installed. good luck.

My 1995 I30 had it, so it's safe to say all G35's have it. It isnt a factory function to go back up. Think liability.

You mean $49, not $99. It's a great module, easy to install and very useful. You only need to open up the driver's door to install, nothing under the dash or in the engine bay, etc.

+1 for KP Technologies!
