Dash Trim Kits
Have any of you seen what these look like in a G35? Are they nice replacements, or just tacky?
Would appreciate some pics if anyone has them. Thanks!

**EDIT** I did find these Patterntek guys that will dip the parts, but I have no idea what they charge. I think the black wood would look sweet with the black leather interior.

BigGrz.....I don't know about the G, but I had the dealership install a wood package on my Infiniti I35 back in 2002. At first it was pretty nice, it really dressed up the dash.
I had a full kit which covered most of the dash area, along with trim on all four doors, locks, steering wheel control areas etc.
Everything was okay for about a year. Then, some of the smaller pieces began to lift. I live in the Northeast, so temperature changes may have come in to play......
Anyway, after a year or so, I started hating the whole thing. It looked okay at first glance, but because of the extra depth of the trim, it looked bulky in spots and not at all factory IMHO
I'm sure they may have improved the product since then, but I know for sure it used the same 3M sticky tape.....I even had the dealer replace a couple pcs on the console because of the constant lifting....
Good luck
