2004 - 2 reg keys with fob, 1 valet key, 1 wallet key, 1 pen, and a maxi-pad... btw, anybody need a maxi-pad?

thats sick! why can't the 04 come with keys like that

 

I don't like how the new key fobs have the key inside them - and not flip type like VW's, but it actually becomes separated entirely from the top of the fob. What do you do with the key fob once you start the car? Back in your pocket? Or am I missing something?

 

It seems like you're missing something. The only time you use the key at all is if the battery is dead on the fob or on the car itself.

Otherwise you just keep it in your pocket, press the start button and drive.

 

yeah, not many times you take the key out.

1 lock the glove box when the valet opition is on,
2 roll all the windows down at the same on the car when the engine is off
3 show off to your friend that you never have to use the key.

otherwise its the fob itself you insert to a slot to start the car if the battery on the fob is dead.

believe it came standard on 07s, and any of the preimum packages.

my friend with an 05 has the intelli key
