I rarely use it, but it is mostly for looks. Its good for going and finding new places you have not gone to and also the ladies love it. And yeah, i hate it when they touch my screen too, when i tell them its not touch screen. Its cool, i still have the plastic sticker over it
I installed the NAV bypass module.. and it is awesome.. it presses okay for you and also allows you to access the functions that are disabled while the car is moving. just search!

Can you enter in an address while driving or does it not let you like in the Subarus?

Once you've had one, you will never buy a car without it. Whenever I need it for nav or just want to check the stats, I pop it up then just hide it away when I'm finished. I love it. It's really cool when you have driven around with someone for a while, then pop it up when you need it and they never knew it was there!

It will tell you if there is any problem with the car. It will tell you gas mileage, chart the car history, give you trip info. You'll never need to try to see a street sign in the dark again. Plus it just looks cool and makes the car seem more luxurious.

Very useful tool, would definately get it again in the future. Wish it was a touchscreen though. Birdseye view makes up for that in spades, much better than the flat maps used on others. I've used it many times to get out of jams just by looking around the maps and finding better routes.

Get it......you won't regret it!

Bro, I must say if u travel places (or just simply go diff places regularly) DON'T HESITATE! I come from both ends: I had a 4dr w/o it then when I got my cpe i decided to "go all out" I had already been told that if I get it I will be in love/addicted... & I am. Its not like d new touch screen, voice activated ones that r now comming out w/ some other cars, but trust me when I say u wont be disappointed. Now I miss it when in my girls car or something n' i'm going somewhere I'm not sure how to get to... I'm thinking 2 myself the whole time... f'k if I only had my G i'd know how to get there faster or sumthin like that. Oh 1 quick tip... if u get it... "fastest time = main streets n' highways/fwy's" "fastest time = small streets n' if in residential areas, u'll turn on every small street till u get to ur destination" N' dont get after market... cheaper = yes, but they're no space 4 it. n' its not as "nice" or discrete. But you certainly lose "cubby" space if ur a pack rat. BOTTOM LINE.... GET IT IF UR THINKING ABOUT IT... YOU WONT REGRET IT!
